Cancellation Policy
Any NO-SHOW appointment or appointments canceled LESS than ⚠️ 48 hours BEFORE ⚠️ the appointment takes place will forfeit their deposit payment. By confirming your appointment, You have confirmed that you’ve read and agreed to these conditions.

Rental etiquette
1. DO NOT arrive more than 15 minutes BEFORE the time your schedule
2. Renters are asked to vacate the studio NO LATER than 15 minutes after rental ends
3. If renter goes over 15 minutes we will CHARGE for the FULL hour
Set-up/Clean-up:
1. Please dispose the used disposal sheet every time after finish using the space
2. All the garbages must be disposed in the garbage bin
