General policies

Applies to all services
  • You should seek advice on the services before making your purchase.
  • No refunds are made under any circunstances.
  • Any change or cancellation carries an additional cost:
    • 48 hours or more – $25
    • Less than 48 hours – $50
  • Your $50 deposit will not be refunded if you need to cancel your appointment at any time, NO exceptions. If you wish to book a new appointment at a later date, you will need to submit a new $100 deposit ($50 new deposit + $50 cancellation fee) and will be subject to new pricing and policies.
  • If you do not show up (“no show”) or contact to cancel/change your appointment in advance, you will lose all the money paid at the time of making your appointment. This includes deposits and services paid in full.
  • All services require an appointment.
  • Client releases Fabulous Brow Studio, from all liabililty including claims, damages that may arise from the procedure of semi-permanent makeup and the aftercare procedure.
  • If you reschedule your appointment, you will be subjected to new prices and policies.
  • You must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • We have a 10 minute tardy policy. If 10 minutes pass after your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled.
  • Client must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must present yourself with a mask to your appointment.
  • Companions are not allowed.
  • The use of cell phones is not permitted during your appointment.
  • Prices and policies are subjected to change at any time.

Policies for a process of Micropigmentation

  • Requires prior evaluation and consultation.
  • All previous work must be evaluated to determine eligibility.
    It is important to keep in mind that when undergoing Micropigmentation treatments, you may lose a little color in areas where you do not have hair (This does not mean that the job is poorly done). This may occur due to skin type, abuse or prolonged exposure to the sun, moisturizing creams, sweat, steam, previous tattooing, bleeding during the procedure, rosacea, among other factors, within the first 15 days of intensive care to obtain an optimal result.
    The results and retention of pigmentation vary from person to person due to factors mentioned in the previous point.
  • If you are taking any of the following on the day of your appointment, the procedure cannot be performed, your appointment will be cancelled, you will have to make your deposit again and there will be an additional $50 cancellation fee.
  • Do not take aspirin / ibuprofen / blood thinners at least 3 days before your appointment.
  • No retinol 24 hours before
  • No alcohol / caffeine / coffee 12 hours before and 12 hours after
  • People with the following are NOT eligible for micropigmentation:
  • Pregnancy / breastfeeding
    • Heart conditions / pacemaker
    • Lupus
    • Keloids
    • Taking Accutane
  • At or near the eyebrows:
    • Psoriasis
    • Dermatitis
    • Rosacea
    • Active acne
    • Sunstroke
    • Among other skin conditions
  • With medical authorization:
  • Chemotherapy treatment
    • Diabetes
    • Thyroid
    • Glaucoma
    • High Pressure

Policies for Pre-Appointment Care

Micropigmentation
  • 1 month before
    • Do not color or dye your eyebrows with hair dye
  • 2 weeks before
    • Botox / Fillers (preferably 1 month)
    • No Peels / Needling
    • No Retinoids / Acids
    • No Insolation / Sunburn
  • 3 days before
    • No Depilation / Wax
    • No aspirin
    • No Anticoagulants
  • 24 – 48 hours before
    • No alcohol
    • No ibuprofen
  • 12 hours before
    • No Caffeine

Policies for a process

Eyebrow lamination/lash lifting.

If you have any type of allergy on skin and eyes condition, we recommend checking with your doctor or dermatologist before performing these procedures.


Policies for photos and videos

The following applies to people who have authorized Fabulous Browstudio & Body to use their photograph(s) and/or video(s):
You grant Fabulous Browstudio & Body the absolute right and permission to use your photo(s) for internal and external purposes including, for example, use in promotional materials and advertising activities.

You understand that the photographs may be used in a publication, print advertisement, direct mail component, electronic media (eg, video, internet, social media), or any other form of internal or external publication or promotion.

You acknowledge Fabulous Browstudio & Body’s right to crop, alter or process the photograph or video in any way at its sole discretion. You also acknowledge that Fabulous Browstudio & Body may choose not to use your photo(s) or video(s) at this time, but may do so at its sole discretion at any future date.

You agree that you are not entitled to receive compensation or recognition of any kind in connection with any use by Fabulous Browstudio & Body of your photograph(s) or video(s).

You release Fabulous Browstudio & Body, the photographer or videographer, their directors, officers, employees, agents and designees from any liability and agree not to sue the foregoing for any claim, liability, injury or loss in connection with such use, including , without limitation, any claim for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity or other violation of any personal or patrimonial rights that you may have.
